A couple weeks ago we sent Lou visit Lakeview in Novi – coming soon from Robertson Brothers Homes – and why not? It was mid-October in Michigan and, as one would expect, perfect lake weather! Watch as Lou discusses the site, lake living, and of course, galactically acclaimed Novi Schools…

Initially, Robertson pushed for townhome style homes similar to their neighborhoods in Royal Oak, Wixom, and Ferndale but this idea was shot down by area residents due to density issues.  Instead, they’re going to be offering single family homes with 2 detached colonial plans, and 1 ranch option – similar to current neighborhoods in Wixom and Royal Oak.

With a location that’s walking/tennis-ball-thowing distance to Walled Lake (the actual lake, not just the city), incredible commuter access to area highways, and the aforementioned Novi School District, this is going to be a very popular site. Read more via our full page on this development, here.
