Jim’s spent several years working as a sales consultant, representing the major builders in the Sarasota, FL area. After seeing the potential to offer homebuyers much more than what a single builder could offer, Jim joined the New Home Experts team to provide no-cost concierge services to represent home buyers in their unique journey of buying a new construction home. Jim’s mission is simple – to help new home buyers save money by uncovering builder secrets that helps them gain an advantage in negotiations. Jim’s extensive experience in working as a sales consultant for Florida’s major builders has enabled help new home buyers know what questions to ask, how the process works, and how to successfully make the biggest purchase of their lives.
