Jeff visited our Canton build in Westridge Estates by Toll Brothers, on each end of the shelter-in-place. In mid-March, just days ahead of the shut down, he reported the following: “Fortunately, we were able to limit our travels over the weekend to empty construction sites. This week, our plan at The New Home Experts is to continue adhering to social distancing measures/being socially distant, in order to help flatten the curve. Join us, by not joining us. Unless we’re visiting an empty construction site. Also why can’t I keep my mouth shut for a 9 second video that includes zero spoken words…”

On the back end two months later, the house had been framed – Toll had started the day of Jeff’s initial visit, and was able to continue until it was under roof (for safety reasons). Per Jeff: “Back on site in Canton today, 2 months to the day since my last visit; that pile of lumber is all grown up now. Also, I finally figured out a way to keep my big stupid mouth from being open!”
