Chicago-based The Innovant Group has moved in to the Southeast Michigan market and now has several new communities along the US-23 Corridor, but the one that caught our attention is their Uptown on First development in Downtown Brighton. Overlooking the Mill Pond, this project will consist of 8 townhomes, featuring 2-3 bed/2-3 bath plans and it’s located within walking/crawling distance to all the shops, restaurants, and boutiques in Downtown Brighton. These condos haven’t been listed for sale yet, but they’ll be priced from the $500s and they’ve already sold a couple from drive-by traffic and signs on-site.
The Innovant team includes Lead Director Keith Anderson, Lead Engineer Chris Nickel, and Marketing Legend Christina Julian; all alumnae from Toll Brother’s Michigan Division. Chris was Jeff’s Project Manager at Toll Brothers; if you’ve ever wondered (for better or for worse) who taught Jeff about construction, it was Chris; so blame Chris. Check out their website to learn more, and have your agent reach out to The Innovant Group directly for additional details. Not working with an agent? You should be, let’s chat.
Lou Bitove & Jeff Bortnick, owners of The New Home Experts®, have more than 35 years combined experience in real estate, much of that with builders like Pulte & Toll Brothers. They also provide market research for area builders, developers and national firms. If you’re considering a new home, remember: the builders rep represents the builder, not you. Work with the only local agents in Metro Detroit to specialize in new homes, and save money in the process – ask us how!
