HUDSON’S SITE | DETROIT
As the highly anticipated Hudson’s Tower continues its climb above Downtown Detroit, information on the residential component remains limited. Last month, Dan Gilbert revealed that there would be “90 or so” luxury condos in the tower. That number was down from both the original estimate of 330 residential units, as well as the adjusted number from 2022 when it was reported there would be 100-120 residential units.
