Plans for Villas at Villagio, a 17-building/62-unit condo development that died with the recession, are being reborn and slightly revised; now as 48 stand-alone (detached) condos. In August, DDMR Properties, LLC received approval from the Macomb Township Board of Trustees to modify the plans for the parcel located near the southwest corner of Romeo Plank & 26 Mile in Macomb Township; no further details on price or timing have been made available yet.
