Located east of Newburgh Road and south of 6 Mile Road – on the site of the former Clay Elementary (in the fabulous Livonia school district) – Heritage Square will feature about 50 single family homes that are expected to start in the low $300s, when pre-sales begin in the spring of 2019.  You can read more about the development, in our original blog post here.
