Jeffy visits the Bluffs at Spring Hill grand opening – featuring new detached condos in Brighton by Pulte Homes – and checks out the lay of the land…

Pulte’s ever-popular ranch/condo product, which includes the Abbeyville, Bayport, and Bedrock floorplans and now within walking distance to Downtown Brighton.

Building-out the back section of an existing neighborhood, the Bluffs at Spring Hill offers rolling topography with beautiful views – particularly from the top of the neighborhood on the south side of the parcel.

It’s worth noting that the northeast section is adjacent to I-96, so while the views down to the highway are actually very cool, these are not the lots for those in search of peace and tranquility.

Starting in the $320s (as of 2.5.20) without basements, and from the $350s with basements, sneaking in under $400K is a certain possibility on some of the northern lots.
