THE EPIC ON HARRISON

November 18, 2019

It appears another piece of the puzzle in a flourishing neighborhood near Downtown Royal Oak, is a little closer to reality. The Epic On Harrison (hard eye-roll directed at the name) is located across the street from recently competed projects 33 on Harrison and The Harrison, the latter of which was built by Robert Wolfson, developer of The Epic. Plans call for 51-units, spread across 7 multi-story buildings on a collection of former single-family parcels, near the northeast corner of Harrison & Knowles. While we believe the units will be offered as for-sale condos (versus for-rent apartments), there has been no indication on pricing or timing. You can read more about the project via C & G Newspapers here, or reach out to us and we’ll keep you in the loop as more information becomes available – particularly, if these become for-sale condos…

Lou Bitove & Jeff Bortnick, owners of The New Home Experts®, have more than 35 years combined experience in real estate, much of that with builders like Pulte & Toll Brothers.  They also provide market research for area builders, developers and national firms.  If you’re considering a new home, remember: the builders rep represents the builder, not you.  Work with the only local agents in Metro Detroit to specialize in new homes, and save money in the process – ask us how!
