It appears another piece of the puzzle in a flourishing neighborhood near Downtown Royal Oak, is a little closer to reality. The Epic On Harrison (hard eye-roll directed at the name) is located across the street from recently completed projects 33 on Harrison and The Harrison, the latter of which was built by Robert Wolfson, developer of The Epic. Plans call for 51-units, spread across 7 multi-story buildings on a collection of former single-family parcels, near the northeast corner of Harrison & Knowles. While we believe the units will be offered as for-sale condos (versus for-rent apartments), there has been no indication on pricing or timing.
