OUR TAKE:

Pulte’s small-lot-meets-great-schools experiment takes shape again, and it’s a definite success (see Dixon Meadows).

The Enclave almost sold out in a little over a year by offering a great new home in a fantastic location at a really solid value.  Try building new construction in Northville or Northville Township in the high $400s to low $500s – you can’t.  Most homes are in the $700+ range, close or not to downtown Northville.  The homes are the same Pulte offers in many different neighborhoods with small homesites; the Bridgeport, Boardwalk, Woodward, and Everett.  Great layouts, just a little narrow to accommodate for the smaller homesites.

This sub is nicely wrapped to the south by Northville’s future township park.  We’ll see how that takes shape in the coming years, but if the master plan works as it’s supposed to it’s going to be an incredible park for residents.

Again, if a community park / tot lot is enough to satisfy your outdoor needs, having a small homesite isn’t a factor for you and The Enclave could be a great option.
