Original Post: Three parcels at the corner of Frank Street & Ann Street in Birmingham, will be combined and converted into a five-unit condo development. Located on the site of the former Frank Street Bakery, the luxury condos are expected to be around 3,000 sqft in size, and range in price from $1.2M to $2M.
Rezoning for the project was approved back in February, the developer is John Shekerjian with 420 E. Frank Street, LLC; Shekerjian was the owner/founder of the former Birmingham-based builder John Richards Homes.
