Spring is around the corner! Unfortunately, spring inventory is 12-blocks away, asking for directions, not really paying attention, and also it’s not coming.

Pre-pandemic, the spring market was off to a slow start; demand was high, but inventory was meh. Now that the fight against the Coronavirus has finally captured our collective attention and focus, many potential sellers are waiting to see what happens in the weeks and months to come before listing. Still, low interest rates have convinced enough serious buyers to remain active, so anything worth considering is often gone in a day.

The good news is you don’t have to wait for your “I guess” home to hit the market; you can build the home you want (like our listing pictured above) and not settle for someone else’s taste (or compete with multiple offers)!
