As we celebrate this milestone anniversary, we want to extend our sincere, heartfelt gratitude to all of you.
When we opened shop back in 2013, industry peers scoffed at the idea of a new construction-specific brokerage.
“No one has ever done it,” they said “and there is probably a reason for that.”
Well, fortunately, we are stubborn (plus none of them could cite an actual reason), and we had all of you on our side. So here we are, 10 years later… along with New Home Experts Las Vegas (2018), and New Home Experts Sarasota (2021).
It’s been a wild ride and we can’t wait to see where the next 10 years take us.

TRIANGLE DISTRICT | BIRMINGHAM
Blue construction fencing has encircled the vacant lot on the southeast corner of Woodward and Maple for the better part of a year now, giving hope that something might actually come of the former Barclay Inn Hotel site. We have now learned that, while construction isn’t imminent, it is in the works; Minneapolis-based developer Ryan Cos., is eyeing the parcel for a mixed use development that would include retail and commercial space, along with 210 residential units. Late last month, the Birmingham Planning Board postponed site plan approval to work on traffic and access concerns. Ah, development life. Making your way through the world today takes everything you’ve got and if you’re a former golf course in Lyon Twp., then odds are what you’ve got is density issues. It’s the age old debate: developers need more density to make the numbers work, while townships want less density because EVERYTHING MUST BE BEAUTIFUL and they’re both right, so here we are; quoting ’80s sitcom theme songs with little else to report until everyone can make nice.
