SPECTACULAR ON STANFORD

It’s May, so in honor of Jeffy’s bday month, there is no more fitting a present for him than the gift of not reading.

Yup; pictures over words whenever possible with that guy.

Fortunately, our listing on Stanford just closed and we were able to sneak in before the Buyer took occupancy to grab a couple of snapshots of the finished product, by Mark Adler Homes.

We also had the birthday boy make a video while he was there and, based on his outfit, he is speedily evolving into Bruno Kirby’s character from City Slickers; we are putting the over/under at 18 months for how long it’ll take before he goes full “Ed” and has a picture of his own face on his jacket…

Demo work has begun near the north side of Downtown Milford, on the site of a former manufacturing and storage facility; Summit View of Milford will feature 18 Brownstones and 44 single-family homes. With the project proceeding under a Brownfield Redevelopment Plan, remediation of the 8-acre site isn’t likely to be quick – the developer will have 2 years to complete the remediation phase of the project, with the potential for a 3rd year if necessary.
