SPECIFICALLY, REAL ESTATE; BUT ALSO EVERYTHING.
Ok, so where are we at? Mask regulations are easing and things are opening back up (both seasonally and pandemically speaking), but now gas is $5/gallon so we can’t afford to go anywhere. Got it.
All the more reason to focus on home. So, let’s chat about market conditions…
It’s still a little crazy out there; we’ve seen bidding wars soar to $75K over list price and beyond (multiple times), we’ve heard rumors about agents offering cash to other agents to snag their showing appointments because homes are selling before people can even get in to see them, and Lori actually went to the east side (as in Macomb, not like Eton Street) which is kind of non-related but still crazy and worth mentioning.
Hey, at least there is still new construction [smiley face emoji].
Sure, there are some hurdles when it comes to building, but the path to homeownership via new construction certainly seems to be the less painful/more realistic route at the moment, assuming you have help navigating the aforementioned hurdles.

Our first home in Whispering Ridge is almost done, and we are expecting to officially list it for sale towards the end of this month. Jackson Asset Management, and Hosey Development will team with Lewand Development to rehabilitate the 600,000 square-foot building.
