Remember that one time we blogged about new homes coming to 10 and Beck in Novi around 3 years ago and we nearly broke Google due to all the interest? Of course you do, because you’ve been addicted to our blog ever since and you are very welcome!
Now, prepare yourself for the sequel: new homes coming to 10 and Beck… again! In the next month or so, Pinnacle Homes will open Valencia South.
Spanning 41 acres on the south side of 10 Mile (just west of Beck Rd), 64 single family homes are planned with sizes ranging from 3,000 sqft to 4,000 sqft and prices are anticipated to start in the mid-$500s.
So, numbers aside, what should you expect? In addition to McMansions in the heart of Novi featuring comically-in-demand Novi schools, the community will also have some really nice wooded lots and considerably more green space than the first section – Valencia (North, The 1st, Part I; we aren’t totally sure what they ended up going with).
Anyway, like the first section, Valencia South will likely see those more desirable lots go quickly, so… you know the drill: sign-up for updates and stay in the loop with us so we can let you know when pre-selling begins.
