JAMES PLACE LOFTS

Lining Mack Ave. in the center of the block between John R. and Brush St., James Place Lofts are now available for sale, and are projected to be complete by later this fall.  With much of the new construction in Brush Park towards the southern section of the neighborhood, James Place puts you on the north side, directly across from the Detroit Medical Center and Whole Foods Market.

The 11-unit building will feature a mix of 2 bed/2.5 bath townhomes priced from the mid-$500s, and 2 bed/2 bath “garden level” first floor condos priced from the mid-$400s.  Hardwood floors, quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, 10′ ceilings, and other high-end finishes are expected to be included.  You can read more via Curbed Detroit.
