ELTON PARK

November 02, 2016

Soave Enterprises is planning their first residential development in Detroit, featuring 400 apartments in Corktown. Located across the street from the Tiger Stadium site, the $125M Elton Park project will be spread over four phases, with the first phase set to be completed in late 2018.  With a mix of new buildings and renovations (including the rehabilitation of the historic Checker Cab building), it will also feature commercial elements and increased parking.  In total, the project will span 5 city blocks.  To read more, check out the full article here from Crains Detroit.

UPDATE: Elton Park broke ground on May 8th, progress!  Fall 2018 remains the projected timeframe for occupancy.

If you’re working with a Realtor, have them reach out to Soave Enterprises for details.  If you aren’t working with a Realtor, you should be – let’s chat!
