HOMESITE RELEASE: Trilogy Sunstone by Shea Homes

Set within the Sunstone Master Plan is Trilogy® Sunstone, a brand new 55+ community offering resort-style living in highly desirable northwest Las Vegas, Nevada. This new community is ideally located for outdoor adventures in nearby Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston, and Lee Canyon, while also offering quick access to the excitement of the Las Vegas strip. The 55+ social hub of Trilogy Sunstone is planned to be a modern, amenity-rich Resort Club with stylish spaces designed to bring neighbors together.

The next lot release will be a lot reservation.  The drawing for the lot reservation will be held Saturday, April 30, 2022.  The parcels are not ready for sales yet so the community is going to move forward with lot reservations, which will lock in the base price. Once the parcel is ready for sale, the lot reservation will convert to a purchase. Below is a map of Phase 2 where these homesites are located.  There will be a price increase prior to the release – an updated price sheet is in the link below.  The homesites being released are:

Freedom 50 –  Excite, Liberty, Journey or Latitude:
Lot 228 – Lot premium $17,000
Lot 259 – Lot premium $17,000
Freedom 40 – Affirm , Connect or Synergy :
Lot 347 – Lot premium $42,000
Lot 229 – Lot premium $0
Lot 258 – Lot premium $0
Freedom 35 – Thrive , Dream or Flourish:
Lot 346 – Lot premium $42,000
Lot 230 – Lot premium $0
Lot 257 – Lot premium $0

To be in a drawing you must provide the items listed below.  If you have already provided these items, thank you and confirm your choice of homesite.

1. Confirm you want to be in the drawing.
2. Identify the homesite(s) you have an interest in (first, second, third choice).
3. Identify the plan and elevation of interest (first, second, third choice).
4. Send a check made payable to Ticor Title in the amount of $10,000.
5. Send either proof of funds, if paying cash, or send a pre-approval letter from either our preferred lender Fairways  or from your lender.
6. You will need to reach out before the release to get information on the homesites being released.

Please confirm if you would like to participate in this drawing, please let us know no later than Thursday, April 28th, 2022.  If entered, you would have to move forward with the lot reservation by end of the day Sunday, May 1st, 2022.
