VIDEO: VILLAGES AT NORTHVILLE

June 15, 2018

We took a drive through the Villages at Northville by M/I Homes, and shot this fabulous video where we discussed the neighborhood, why it’s good that Jeff’s sunglasses cover his entire face, and other relevant topics…

Originally developed by Pinnacle Homes (who were recently purchased by M/I Homes), The Villages at Northville will include 111 Single Family Homes starting in the high $400s, and 66 Townhomes starting in the $300s; all within the Northville School District. Additionally, the development will include a hotel, an upscale restaurant, and an upscale grocery store. Located at the corner of 5 Mile & Beck, it provides excellent access to Ann Arbor, Canton, and the I-275 Corridor.

If you’re working with a Realtor, have them reach out to M/I Homes for the details.  If you aren’t working with a Realtor, you should be – let’s chat!

Lou Bitove & Jeff Bortnick, owners of The New Home Experts®, have more than 30 years combined experience in real estate, much of that with builders like Pulte & Toll Brothers.  They also provide market research for area builders, developers and national firms.  If you’re considering a new home, remember: the builders rep represents the builder, not you.  Work with the only local agents in Metro Detroit to specialize in new homes, and save money in the process – ask us how!
