MIDTOWN CROSSING

The Troy City Council has approved a 14-unit condo development on the west side of Rochester Road, just north of Long Lake.  Midtown Crossing by MJC Companies will feature 7 buildings, each with attached ranch condos, and ranging in size from 1,485 sqft to 1,785 sqft; prices are expected to start in the low $300s.  Based on a similar product being sold at other sites in Metro Detroit by MJC, we expect the floorplans to feature 2 or 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 2-car attached garages.

According to plans, nearly 40% of the 4-acre site will be preserved as open space, with nearly 100 trees being added, along with over 130 shrubs.  And of course, the development will feed into the highly acclaimed Troy School District.  You can read more about the development via The Troy Times here.
