ON THE OUTSIDE AND LOVING IT – INSIDE SKYE CANYON

On the edge of Las Vegas, in between and about equal distance from The Strip and Mount Charleston, is a new kind of master-planned development. Skye Canyon refers to itself as the “base camp for the great outdoors.”

Skye Canyon recently released its second phase, which features six neighborhoods spread over 213 acres, with walking trails, bike lanes and a two-acre park. Builders include: Pardee Homes, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes and Woodside Homes.
