Along with general real estate, Stephanie has worked with the nation’s top new home builders, Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes (now Lennar), and Toll Brothers as well as the luxury high-rise, One Queensridge Place. In these senior sales and marketing roles, Stephanie was involved in the development of communities from conception to closeout.  Stephanie’s “behind the scenes” builder knowledge and her established relationships with builder representatives allows her to provide unparalleled insight and service to clients.
