TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT: MEET CARLYE SANDOVAL!

I’m from Southern California born and raised. I received my degree from Cal State Fullerton with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications. After finishing school, I ventured into the entertainment world of working “behind the scenes.” I started in production, working on various TV shows and worked my way up to styling photo shoots and commercials.

While living in LA, I met Raul, my now-husband, and he was from Las Vegas. Although I was a bit hesitant at first, I moved here to be closer to him and found there wasn’t really an industry like I was used to in LA. I needed to pivot my career fast and chose real estate. It was something I’d always wanted to do but it seemed a bit intimidating. With my experience and knowledge of working with people, I took a chance on my new career, and now I’m in love!

Raul and I now live in the master-planned community of Cadence. We chose Cadence because it was a brand new up-and-coming neighborhood that was still affordable. It also had no SID (mello-roos in California) and low HOA. We also really loved all the included community amenities such as pools, parks, an outdoor gym, and walking paths. The vibe of the area is something I didn’t know I would love, and it feels very peaceful and family-oriented. Cadence even offers a calendar of activities and events exclusive to residents, including movie nights in Central Park, specialty food trucks, and tons of events for children.

My favorite thing to do is walk my dog around the pond and watch the sunset over The Strip. Cadence has a projected 15-year build-out, so we are excited to see it continue to grow, meet new residents moving in, and see our investment here grow as well!
