Summerlin’s Kestrel Village Begins New Home Pre-Sales

At New Home Experts we are ready to wrap up the first month of 2022.

So far this month we have helped several new home buyers including a client from San Francisco who purchased one of the last remaining Plan 6 residences at Tri Pointe’s Sandalwood in Stonebridge Summerlin. We also helped a buyer looking remotely from Hawaii who purchased a Plan 3 residence at Tri Pointe’s Overlook in Redpoint Village.

Most of the new homes selling now won’t have a completion date until the Summer and Fall of this year, so if you’ve got your eye on purchasing in any new home community, contact us now so you can be in your new home by the end of this year (And yes, it’s still only January).

Keep in mind, that interest rates are definitely going up this year with the first hike set for March.   

We are also excited to announce that the newest village in Summerlin, Kestrel, located at the 215 freeway and Lake Mead has started pre-sales. If you are interested in learning more about this new location, we will have more upcoming information for you in our new Summerlin Guide.

Lastly, Alex and I are at a two-day event at Mandalay Bay for Tom Ferry’s Elite Retreat.
