WE ARE LOVING THE NEW STYLES THAT ARE BECOMING POPULAR FOR 2023  

We are seeing less and less of the super modern designs and minimalist white and gray palettes and moving towards warmer, cozier looking home designs.

Here are some of our favorite new trends.

EARTH TONE COLOR PALETTES

We’ve been visiting model homes and the new colors are soft browns, muted greens and pale pinks and blues.   We have definitely entered the year of comforting paint shades with industry experts focusing on a palette of rich and restorative colors that radiate a natural warmth.   The end result is a feeling of tranquility the moment you step into these newly created spaces.

MODERN RUSTIC STYLED FURNITURE

Natural wood and brown toned furniture has made a resurgence this year and goes perfectly with the earth tone color palettes.   Rustic furniture pieces have brought forth another new trend of bringing the outside in – blending the indoors with the natural beauty of the outdoors.

STATEMENT WALLS

Perhaps to break up the other trends of the year, statement walls of colors and textures are now prominently displayed in many model homes.

Mostly featured in dining spaces and bedrooms, these statement walls bring a sense of whimsy and character that can truly be inspired by whomever is living in the space.   These statement walls can add a punch of color or design to any muted spaces.
