The professionals that enter all of our lives can make profound difference on our life journey  whether it be in health, financial, legal or personal. I was fortunate to be linked with Jennifer Graff, a Real Estate professional who assisted with the finding and purchasing a home. I moved across the country to Las Vegas in 2020, I wasn’t sure of where I wanted to live, I only knew I wanted a house with character, one that would be my story.

It was the beginning of pandemic and it was harder to see homes and the market inventory was low. Jennifer continued to search and send me options daily and then we would plan an outing, we found some interesting homes and even had an offer on a few that didn’t come to fruition. (Those stories are for our funny post. Lol!) The old saying everything happens for a reason could not have been more true, for had those not fallen through I would not have found my castle.

I knew from the moment I drove through the entrance I was home, I saw the house in its run down, dilapidated, neglected state and fell in love! Jennifer was able to gather all information within hours to find out bids on the property were closing at midnight, if it weren’t for her
dedication I would have lost this opportunity. She guided me through the offer and we won the bid!

I couldn’t wait to move in, even with all the work that lie ahead, I knew it would be great! I have completed quite a few transformations but this one truly stands at the front of the line. I am thrilled to share a glimpse of my story.
