There’s a good reason why Summerlin is so popular: Living there just works. It’s not an exaggeration to say that since its development over the past 29 years, Summerlin has set the standard for the master-planned community.

At completion, the Villages of Tule Springs will have over 8,500 homes spread out over 1,200 acres. The size of the North Las Vegas master plan will be nowhere near the size of Summerlin. But its goal is to offer a comparable look and feel, complete with multiple recreational areas, new elementary schools, places of worship and commercial spaces all at the foot of gorgeous mountain views. In other words, provide the Summerlin experience without the Summerlin price tag.
