A CHEAT SHEET TO THE BEST NEW BRUNCH OPTIONS AROUND TOWN
Las Vegas continues to roll out new dining options for brunch. The meal that combines breakfast and lunch on the weekend finds new places to shine and expands with revamped menus and hours at other restaurants. Here is a look at new brunches all over the city that can make any weekend feel like a reason to celebrate.
Fine Company
This new neighborhood restaurant in Downtown Summerlin serves brunch Saturdays and Sundays from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Since opening in September, guests have been lining up early to order a loaf of its banana bread, which sells out almost daily. Other popular items include the brown butter pancakes, açaí bowl, and salt and pepper shrimp served with fennel salad and Calabrian chili oil.
Morning News
The team behind locals’s favorite steakhouse and cocktail bar Herbs and Rye has opened a new breakfast spot. Open daily from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. the casual morning restaurant serves eggs Benedicts and bagel sandwiches, plus incredibly over-the-top stacks of loaded pancakes and waffles.

Happy Camper

Flight Club
Why sit down for brunch when you can rove around an oche and play rounds of darts between bites of breakfast flatbread? Flight Club, a darts bar inside the Grand Canal Shoppes, offers brunch on Saturdays and Sundays to pair with a 90-minute reservation at one of the dart boards. Games of darts offer different objectives and a high-tech board does the totalling for you, much like bowling. Get bottomless flatbread for the group — loaded with prosciutto and egg, roasted vegetables, or cheese — or go a la carte with breakfast sliders with glazed pork belly, avocado toast with seeds and sprouts, churros.
Brasserie B
At Bobby Flay’s Brasserie B, brunch is not only luxurious — it’s offered every day. From 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. daily, you can enjoy many of the dinner offerings, plus dishes just for brunch. Among them, there’s a pain perdu French toast with whipped crème fraîche and berries, eggs royale with smoked salmon and roe, and a super flavorful lobster club sandwich with avocado. With an entire section of the kitchen dedicated to French fries, order at least one of the options from the grill, like whole lobster or filet mignon, served with perfectly crispy shoestring fries.
Como Poolside Café & Bar
The Bellagio’s new poolside cafe serves Mediterranean fare all day, with breakfast and lunch offered from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Lounge poolside with lemon blueberry pancakes, breakfast sandwiches, eggs Benedict, sushi rolls, salads, and sandwiches.
Fantasy Lab
The immersive lights-and-color experience at Fashion Show Mall launched a brunch in its restaurant that is rife with sweet treats. Sure, you can order breakfast burritos and bagels with lox. Or indulge in fantasy with mini croissants with Oreo fillings, Belgian waffles stacked with toppings like Reese’s cups, or a smashed doughnut sandwich with fried chicken and tots. For drinks, there are mimosas, cocktails, lattes, and shakes that overflow with mix-ins.
Flanker Kitchen + Sports Bar
