CLEARVIEW’S TAKE

Now open!  Located on the north side of Waldon Road (just west side of Lapeer Road), Waldon Meadows by Clearview Homes offers one of the best locations in Orion Township.  Featuring only 22 lots, this intimate community will offer a healthy selection of colonial plans, a couple ranch plans, and a 1st floor master/Cape Cod.  Quick access to shopping, Great Lakes Crossing, and walking distance to Bald Mountain State Recreation Area add to the commute-friendly location.  Priced from the high $300s, this neighborhood will offer one of the better values in the area.

OUR TAKE

If you like Bald Mountain by Pulte but you aren’t looking to spend quite that much (and aren’t hell bent on Rochester Schools), Waldon Meadows is an excellent alternative.  Barely 2 miles northwest, this location is very commute friendly, with amazing access to I-75 via Lapeer Road.  As for pricing, they may advertise from the high-$300s, but they actually start at $399K so… let’s call it the low $400s.  Still, these start roughly $30K less than Bald Mountain; while the lot premiums are comparable, Clearview offers an extensive list of included features, so keeping your price under $400K or less is definitely realistic.
