New video! We checked out 750 Forest by Robertson Brothers Homes and since it’s located in Birmingham we were able to convince Lori to join us! Unfortunately we were unable to convince her to speak…

Only a couple units remain in the development, which is located at the corner of Forest & Elm in Birmingham. With prices ranging from the high $800s to well north of $1M, this development is still the price leader for new construction condos in Birmingham. Dogged for it’s location east of Woodward, it’s still west of Adams and about as close as you can get to Downtown Birmingham without actually being in Downtown Birmingham, where prices start at $2M and up. We loved the design of the building, the layout(s) of the units, and a number of the included features.
