Having worked for some of the most prestigious builders and developers in the country, including DR Horton, Lennar and MGM Resorts International’s CityCenter project, Jennifer understood that having a team of dedicated agents that work exclusively with new home buyers was an important need that needed to be filled in our marketplace. She brings her extensive knowledge of the builder experience and her twelve years residency in Las Vegas to every client looking to purchase a new home. Jennifer received her Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management from Boston University and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2002.

With extensive experience working in a five-star hotel, she was able to develop skills and knowledge in people management, service delivery, leadership, finance, and marketing, as well as identifying, understanding, and responding to client needs. After watching several of Jennifer's YouTube videos on new homes, we knew she was the right fit for us. We wanted to check out some areas in the city where new homes were being built. We are not close to buying but wanted to gather lots of info so we can make an informed decision when the time was right. Jennifer delivered. She took several hours out of her day to meet us in person and show us some new homes in various new communities. She was knowledgable about all aspects of purchasing a new home directly from the builder. She also offered lots of information about various communities and master planned communities and what each neighborhood provides. She was professional, attentive, honest and transparent and available every time we reached out, before, during and after our preliminary search. She has personal connections to concierges that can provide her more in depth information on homes which was helpful. Everything she she showed us fell right within the checklist we provided to her. While we have not made our purchase yet, we know Jennifer will be the greatest fit for us.
