METRO DETROIT HOME VALUES CONTINUE TO CLIMB

As the real estate market continues to recover, many of our clients are surprised to find out how quickly home values have increased across metro Detroit in the past 18 months.  While it may have taken years for prices to finally hit rock bottom, the climb back has been surprisingly quick.  We may not be quite where we once were, but thanks to a limited inventory of homes and increased demand, property values have soared faster than Justin Verlander’s ERA.  What, too soon?  I see you JV!
