  • Homes with more bedrooms saw the biggest price jumps, with five-bedroom homes increasing by 8.9%.

Notable Market Movements

  • A $13.5 million home sale set a new benchmark in the luxury market.
  • The number of homes sold rose 6.7% for single-family homes but declined 13.2% for condos and townhomes.
  • More homes hit the market without offers, potentially giving buyers more choices.
  • Realtors remain optimistic, with many expecting explosive growth over the next 5 to 10 years.
