Demand for new homes in Sterling Heights has been strong, though options have been limited; especially from larger builders like Lombardo, who can deliver on price, quality, and efficiency/speed. Obviously this will be a production build, not custom, so your ability to personalize the home beyond cosmetic features is limited – which is to be expected at this price point.
