New construction homes in the $300’s are hard to come by these days. Not in Chesterfield Township. Coming by the end of 2018, Hidden Creek will feature 83 new single-family homes on the west side of Chesterfield Rd., north of 23 Mile Rd. Hidden Creek is being developed by Palazzolo Brothers Homes, a local homebuilder who has been developing custom homes and neighborhoods for over 30 years.
Sounds like they’ll offer a first floor master and colonial plan from 2,300 square feet to well over 3,000. Possibly a ranch also. 3 car front-entry garages, nice included features like 9 ft. first floor ceilings, granite kitchens, brick exteriors, and more are in the mix. Unlike larger builders, Palazzolo may offer certain customizations at a buyers’ request as well.
Prices will likely start in the the mid-$300’s, which means you’ll be in the upper $300’s to low $400’s after homesite premiums and options. They include nice options, though, so you won’t have to add too much in extras. All 56 lots in phase 1 are opening at once, the other 27 lots in phase 2 will open toward late 2019/2020.
