Located near the southeast corner of 6 Mile & Newburgh Roads in Livonia, Heritage Square by Infinity Homes offers single family homes from the mid-$300s. This neighborhood is immediately south of/adjacent to Busch’s Market, and on the former site of Clay Elementary School.
Featuring 50 detached homes across 14.4 acres in the Livonia School District, the site consists of a one-loop 60′ wide public street with sidewalks, street lights, community landscaping with a pedestrian walkway and open space, with one entrance. The lots will range in size from about 52 ft to 75 ft wide x 120 ft deep; the homes will feature ranches from 1,500 square feet and colonials starting at 1,800 sqft, with brick on all 4 sides.
With a massive amount of anticipation leading up to the release of this neighborhood, many of the homes sold out in the first couple months. However, several lots still remain so now is the time to act!
