UPDATE – 5.18.20: Pre-sales for Fuhrmann Woods have begun! We can confirm that homes will be starting from the low-$300s, but the builder hasn’t officially released pricing yet; they are meeting with prospects by appointment, to price-out homes and discuss the details.
Clearview Homes will be building 87 single family homes at Fuhrmann Woods; a 24 acre parcel on the north side of 14 Mile (just west of Mound), at the site of the former Fuhrmann Junior High in Sterling Heights. A mix of colonial, Cape Cod, and ranch plans are expected, with wooded and pond-view lots available. Pricing hasn’t been released yet, but our guess is it will be somewhere from the low to mid-$300s. We anticipate pre-sales will begin in the summer of 2020, but the builder has yet to commit to a timeframe.
Since we generally refer to Sterling Heights as “Livonia East,” expect a similar version of Heritage Square (see our recent post about that neighborhood, here); a commute-friendly location, at a reasonable price-point. Bonus: Sterling Heights is the fourth most populous community in Michigan, behind third place Warren – this is your chance to do something about that… particularly if you’re currently living in Warren.
